potential of Tai Chi programs developed by Dr. Paul Lam, a world-renowned
Tai Chi
teacher and family physician, Paul completed his Tai Chi for Arthritis Instructor Certification
with Master Trainer Jay Van Schelt, and has met and trained with Dr. Lam
on many occasions. Also known as Sun Style 41 Forms, Dr. Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis Program is based on Sun Style Tai Chi which not
only combines Tai Chi and Qigong, but also integrates the three Chinese
Internal Arts that are Tai Chi, Bagua and Xing Yi. |
